Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Our warehouse fulfillment workflow cannot be interrupted to cancel orders. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Contact support@coolmath.com with any questions about your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted. Please check product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact support@coolmath.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and work to resolve it quickly.

Who is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier. Additional shipping fees apply for replacement orders, if available.
